Getting Started
Enrolling in our programming takes only 3 steps:
1. Create an Account in CampSite, our registration platform. Add all your family members.
2. Head to the Parent Dashboard in CampSite, the place you’ll choose your programming, fill out required forms, and send payment.
3. Gaze out the window and take a deep breath. You’re all set for some life-changing nature connection at White Pine.
Please double check that you enter your child’s birthday correctly!
1. Create an Account
Please double check that you enter your child’s birthday correctly!
- Starting from CampSite login page (button above), click “Create Your Account” link
- On “New Family Enrollment” form, enter all fields for “Parent 1 Information”
-Optional: Opt-in to text message notifications for Parent 1
-Optional: Add a second parent and then enter all fields for “Parent 2 Information” - Enter all fields for “Home Address”
- Enter all fields for “Camper Information”
-Optional: Add a second camper and then enter all fields for “Camper 2 Information” - Enter required fields for “Additional Information”
- Fill out captcha to verify you are human
- Click “Continue to Enrollment Options”
- You should receive a confirmation email that you created your account.
-Pro Tip: To jump to Step 2 below, “Head to the Parent Dashboard” using the “Log in to the Parent Dashboard” link in the email you just got!

- Click “Enrollment” link on left
- Click the blue “Enroll (camper’s name) for 2024” button
- Run through the steps in the form (shown in tabs at the top) to enroll
-Step 1: Select your enrollment options for week and Pathway
-Step 2: Acknowledge our Mission and add any comments or questions
-Step 3: Read through and sign all forms, and add authorized pickups
-Step 4: Add your payment method with your credit card. Enter your name to e-sign. Click “Submit Enrollment Request”. - You should receive a confirmation email that your enrollment request has been received.
